HOW DO I ORDER?
Please ensure you are logged into your account and then choose the products you would like, add them to your cart and checkout. All product sizes are as marked and there are no other options.
Orders run on a fortnightly cycle and you will be able to see the cut off countdown timer at the top of the website to let you know how long you have left to order, there will be two available days for pick-up along with allocated times, please select your preferred date and time on checkout and add any notes you wish into the “order notes” section when you place your order.
We run on fortnightly cycles with a collection point currently in Mount Lawley.
Please refer to the countdown timer on the homepage for cut off times.
Order cut off: first Sunday of the month – 9pm
Pick up Date: third Monday of the month – 3pm to 6pm OR third Thursday of the month 9.30am to 12.30pm

Are all your products certified organic?
Everything on our website is carefully selected to ensure the best quality products end up in the hands of our customers. We make it our mission to choose natural and organic products free from harmful ingredients or toxins and full of the things our bodies need most. All of our products are marked accordingly. We include organic, fair trade, eco friendly and natural health staples as well as trending products from Australia and around the globe.
Annual leave closure
The Little Organic Society has the right to close the shop at various times through the year for annual leave, customers will be given 4 weeks notice for closure and return dates.
How do I update my address/details?
Under the login button on the top menu, go to my account and you can change your details there.
Why don’t you offer delivery?
At this stage we are running as a local store only, we endeavor to asses our structure in 6 – 12 months and consider offering delivery as an option for a fee.
I don’t live in Perth but I still want to order?
Unfortunately we are not delivering at this time, however as long as you or someone you know can pick your order up we will accept your order.
When am I billed?
You are billed on the same date each month, your membership will automatically renew unless you notify us to cancel it via email two weeks prior.
Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All regular memberships automatically renew until cancelled through via email notification 2 weeks prior. If you are on a 3,6 or 12 month memberships you will be billed every month on the same date each month, in advance of the month ahead. Unless a membership is cancelled 2 weeks before the end of the membership date, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.
The Little Organic Society does not offer refunds on our memberships or products unless the product is deemed faulty, including no partial refunds.
The Little Organic Society may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No, returns are not allowed simply because you change your mind. If you have any concerns with any of our products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN YOU GET OTHER PRODUCTS IN?
If there are products you would like but you don’t see please don’t hesitate to ask me and I will do my best to source them for you. As a member you have a say in products you would like to see, please note that particular brands may not be possible.
